    Job Description

    • leads the analysis and design of business processes across functional areas
    • responsible for the design, integration, and improvement of the organization’s ERP, MES, and broader business application portfolio
    • works with IT and external vendors to implement solutions that align with the architectural plans
    • leads change management initiatives related to ERP, MES, and business applications
    • manages team of his direct reports in EMEA and US region

    Job Expectations

    • extensive experience in the design and implementation of ERP and MES solutions, with a deep understanding of business processes and application architecture
    • strong analytical skills, with the ability to design complex integrated systems
    • excellent design to develop skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
    • flexibility and willingness to travel
    • be an effective team player working both within and outside the IT organization
    • proficient in Czech and English
